ABOUT ITALIA TRATTORIA
A Spokane favorite since 2010, located in the heart of Spokane's historic Browne's Addition is known for its lively atmosphere and regionally inspired Italian menu. Chef Anna Vogel’s European heritage and world travels have greatly influenced her menu which changes almost daily and features house-made pasta, fresh seafood, and naturally raised meats. Our commitment to cooking with seasonal, local produce and top quality Italian products has differentiated Italia Trattoria from any other restaurant in the Inland Northwest.
Italia Trattoria is owned & operated by Semi-Finalist James Beard Award-winning Chef Anna Vogel and General Manager Bethe Bowman.
Bethe Bowman
General Manager/Co-Owner
Bethe was raised in San Diego, CA. She has lived in the Northwest for the past 30+ years, most recently in Spokane. Bethe has managed at Tom Douglas Restaurants in Seattle and Luna in Spokane. She is the operations manager and a co-partner at Italia Trattoria for 13+ years.
Anna Vogel
Chef/Co-Owner
Raised in Vevey, Switzerland, which is close to both the Italian and French borders. She has cooked in cities as far as Sydney, Australia, New York City, Boston, Seattle, and now Spokane. Anna has worked as a chef for Tom Douglas in Seattle and Luna in Spokane. She is the chef and a co-partner at Italia Trattoria for 13+ years.
